Cage Types
All bar supplied is standard N Grade. 500 MPa deformed reinforcing bar AS/NZS 4671:2001 ACRS accredited steel manufactured from local Australian mills and imported Welds are in accordance to the Australian Standards 1554.3:2014
Columns
The columns we produce are prefabricated steel used in buildings in-between levels used to aid in the stability of the levels. They hold up walls, floors and roofs, and, when combined with reinforced concrete beams, they form a strong frame that enables the building to withstand strong winds and floods.

Pile cages are typically used with medium to large slabs, piers and bridge construction. The main configurations for pile cages are round shaped with the core reinforcing bars containing a spiral/hoop ligature.

Mesh Cages
Reinforcing mesh is used to strengthen flat concrete elements such as floor slabs and walls. We supply Square and Rectangular cages.
The stand mesh sheet is 6000mm x 2400mm which is made to specification of works.
We fabricate mesh up to 40mm reinforcing bar.
All prefabricated cages are tagged with description of cage dimension, weight and pile number. All cages are made to order.
